Check out this list of the most influential and well-attended live events of 2025 to help. If you’re still deciding if your brand wants to go all-in on an exhibit, consider registering for some of these events as an attendee so you can walk the show floor in preparation for 2026 planning.
Here are our top conference picks for 2025 by month. The dates below are conference dates, not including exhibit set-up dates. Refer to the exhibitor prospectus for detailed expo hours and set-up dates. Be aware that with large conferences like VMX, the show and expo hall dates are sometimes different. There are several additional days of education after the expo hall is closed.

If you attend only one tradeshow in 2025, it should be VMX (in our humble opinion). It’s not that expensive to get to Orlando, and this is by far the largest tradeshow in the veterinary industry. This show is being held later in January than usual, so if you’re forecasting sales at VMX…make sure you push some of that revenue into February. Yes, the Midwest Veterinary Conference is technically a VMA meeting hosted by the Ohio Veterinary Medical Association. But unlike other local VMA meetings, this one is big. Treat it more like a regional conference than a VMA meeting. They even market it as “Big conference, small price tag”, booth spaces start at $2,000 which…for a big conference … is affordable. The conference boasts a reach of over 20,000 veterinary professionals.

If you only attend two tradeshows yearly, and VMX is #1, then WVC is definitely #2. It’s the second-largest conference in the industry and typically has more “decision-maker” traffic than its east-coast counterpart. Take note: If you are an experienced WVC exhibitor, the show is in March this year. Typically, it’s hosted around Valentine's Day, but this year, it’s pushed several weeks later.
