Work History
I founded Red Brick Partners in June 2019 after leading global brands in the veterinary and human medicine markets for over 10 years. I have a passion for healthcare and leveraging data to identify, develop and deploy winning campaigns. I have expertise in CRM’s, marketing automation, lead generation, campaign analytics, and both the human and animal health markets.
Personal Note
I love painting, hiking, woodworking, cooking, and bringing creative vibes to activities that extend outside of the ‘cubicle’ so to speak. I will deny it if asked, but I am a cat lady with 3 fuzzy rescue pets, Baxter, Erwin Schrödinger “Schrody”, and King Charlemagne.

I created Red Brick to help brands reach the pinnacle of success—which starts at the bottom. No matter how small or new the brand I want to provide them with the tools to objectively measure and track success and to build a sustainable foundation to support growth. I love when it all “comes together” and the satisfaction of watching the brick-by-brick process work (because it does).

Personal Note
When I’m not chasing after my toddler, I love getting engrossed in a good game or movie. I also love to create – whether it’s sewing a cushion or crafting a greeting card – there is something indulgent about bringing an idea to life.

To make a meaningful connection between companies and customers, content is key. One of the most important steps in supporting a brand’s growth is creating a strong foundation of content that not only informs but inspires. I love the process of digging in to discover what sets a brand apart and then watching as our marketing helps the audience get it too – like watching little light bulbs go on in a room that was dimly lit. That’s what good content does – it helps people “get it”.

My marketing journey started in college as a writer for Delaware State’s online journal. Since then, I’ve honed my copywriting and social media skills in the medical and veterinary industries as a marketing coordinator.

Work History
I started as a self employed Social Media Manager. I got the opportunity to join The Red Brick Partners team as a Graphic Designer 2021. My passion for creating started in Kindergarten when I won 1st place in a drawing competition (it was the prize Hershey bar for me). I enjoy being able to now be part of the dream team in marketing!

Just like building a brick house it takes time. It’s tedious and can be messy but with a strong team it gets built right. When I think “building a brand one brick at a time” I think of those behind the scene. I firmly believe in team work and building a foundation around your team with their values in mind! Building a brand around core values will help keep a foundation strong. The house don’t fall when the bones are good!

Angelo Alberti is an email, social media, and digital marketing specialist from Delaware with over 6 years of industry experience. He has created content marketing campaigns for global organizations and has worked closely with Fortune 10 organizations.
Angelo has a passion for helping companies build their businesses through visual media such as video. He is a frequent speaker on these subjects and has even won a national award for documentary filmmaking.
Angelo holds a bachelor's degree from Wilmington University in Communications in Multimedia and a Master’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

I enjoy all things Marvel; my favorite superhero being Captain America.
